Description
Excel Paint booth for automotive applications is walled by 40-mm thick polyurethane-in-galvanized-metal sheet and insulated filtering plenum along the entire length and width. Access for operation is through the 2360×2580 mm sliding central door and for service is through the right-opening antipanic door fitted on to the front. Inspection is possible through the 3 leaves with glass panels in the plastic front door. To aide inspection, we have provided 2 light fixtures to hold 40W fluorescent tubes each.
Seamless operation is supported using a stainless steel heat exchanger and 2.5m long galvanized chimney, complete with a cap. Safety is ensured using an automatic bypass system. The system uses a recycling air-drying system. The system uses 90% warm air for curing, some of which is recycled. Heat is supplied using a LPG/natural gas burner.
